By booking for The Wake Up Call you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
 
Please note that, with the exception of venue staff including but not limited to guest speakers, all person(s) on-site must be member(s) of the The Wake Up Call Conference, and be registered with The Wake Up Call.
 
The Wake Up Call and its partners film much of the Conference, and you and your party agree to allow such footage to be used without payment in any audio-visual productions.
 
Audio and Video recording of any part(s) of the event is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted in writing by the organiser.
 
Still photography is not permitted during any presentation(s) by anyone.
 
The Wake Up Call reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone without reason.
 
Any person(s) found behaving in an unlawful manner, causing a nuisance or disrupting the event will be ejected from the Conference without refund.
 
Potential refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of the organiser and subject to an administration charge.
 
The Wake Up Call accepts no responsibility for arrangements made by attendees with third parties.
 
All guest speakers appear subject to work and personal commitments and may only appear for the time schedule given.
